Golf course nearby, but don't worry — you won't be chasing golf balls out of your yard! Welcome to 2009 Hickory, where you get north-side convenience with a little hideaway feel. Tucked back on a dead-end road with a long driveway, this 2-story home has 4–5 bedrooms, a finished basement, and plenty of room for whatever life throws your way. And that finished basement? That's where you'll find me. Settle in downstairs and you might never need a reason to leave! The 2026 update list is already looking pretty good with new flooring, a new roof, and new siding. The kitchen features quartz countertops, and there's a large walk-out deck ready for grilling, chilling, or entertaining. And here's a feature you'll appreciate every morning: three showers! No more scheduling your entire household around bathroom time. If you've been looking for a home with room to spread out, some big updates already checked off, and a location that feels a little tucked away without being out in the middle of nowhere, put 2009 Hickory on your list!
